One is rotor type wet mix shotcrete machine, another is pump type wet mix shotcrete machine. Rotor type shotcrete machine is thin flow wet mix shotcrete machine, it add compressed air in the machine, while pump type wet mix shotcrete machine is thick flow type shotcrete machine, adding compressed air in the nozzle. In China market, there are some suppliers who provide common dry mix shotcrete machine as wet mix shotcrete machine for customers. As what we all know, common dry mix shotcrete machine have not better spraying effect as wet spraying.

Usually, rotor type wet shotcrete machine is used for small output capacity spraying, max. output capacity is 5m3/h. While pump type wet mix shotcrete machine is used for large output capacity spraying, max. output capacity is 8m3/h, max. aggregate size is 20mm. For rotor type wet mix shotcrete machine, steel rotor plate and sealing plate is key part for shotcrete machine. We provided nice quality steel rotor plate and sealing plate for our machine. For sealing plate service life could be up to 200~300m3, while steel rotor plate service life could be up to 2000m3.

As our experience, wet shotcrete machine is used for important concrete spraying project, like hydraulic engineering, tunnel project, mining engineering, etc. Considering that some customers is not easy to get electric supply in working site, we have air motor and diesel engine drive wet shotcrete machine for option.

GDS2000 shotcrete pump with one agitator to mix slurry avoid sediment. GDS2000 shotcrete pump could be used for spraying and pumping concrete, mortar or plaster. Also could be used for pumping foam concrete. Acceptable max. aggregate size is 10mm. Regards the engine, have electric motor, diesel engine, gasoline engine for option.

With wet shotcrete machine the gunning material is moistened with water in a mixer in advance and then pumped through a hose by means of an eccentric screw or a piston pump. At the end of the line the material is dispersed with compressed air and, if necessary, an additional liquid bonding/hardening agent can be added (shotcreting), usually need add accelerator.
