The GFC100H/SF is a skid-mounted foam concrete grouting equipment, suitable for civil engineering, tunnel engineering, void filling, offshore/onshore grouting and low-strength backfill projects. 

This unit is designed to receive pre-mixed 50:50 mortar delivered by concrete mixer trucks. The grout material is directly discharged into the equipment's integrated receiving hopper equipped with a mechanical agitator. Afterwards, pre-fabricated foam is injected on-line into the grout stream by the equipment to produce finished foam concrete. 

The complete set of equipment features compact dimensions for easy transportation and storage, and can be loaded into a standard 20foot container. It is mounted on a heavy-duty steel skid frame with integrated jacking legs and wheels to facilitate on-site positioning and relocation.

Foam concrete grouting equipment is used to produce and pump lightweight cement-based fill into cavities, redundant structures and prepared backfill areas. Its suitability depends on the specified density, strength, flowability and placement conditions.
1. Abandoned Pipe and Culvert Filling
Foamed concrete can fill decommissioned pipelines, drains and culverts that are to remain underground. Pumping through planned access points allows the material to occupy the internal space, with venting and placement pressure managed to suit the structure.
2. Tunnel Voids and Annular Space Grouting
Cellular concrete can be used for specified voids around tunnel structures and gaps between carrier pipes and surrounding casings. Controlled pumping helps place the material in confined spaces, while pressure limits and staged filling help protect pipes and linings from excessive loading or flotation.
3. Utility Trench and Excavation Backfill
Foam concrete backfill equipment serves projects where narrow spaces or surrounding utilities make conventional compaction difficult. A flowable mix can be placed around designated structures without mechanical compaction, with strength selected according to the project’s support and future excavation requirements.
4. Lightweight Backfill Behind Retaining Structures
Where the design calls for reduced fill weight, foamed concrete can be placed behind retaining walls and bridge abutments. Its lower density can reduce the self-weight of the backfill compared with conventional materials. Drainage, placement sequence and loading must follow the engineering design.
5. Underground Cavity and Redundant Structure Filling
Foam concrete pumping equipment can fill surveyed underground cavities, disused chambers and redundant tanks. Filling volume, access points and material containment should be established before pumping, particularly where connected openings could allow uncontrolled material loss.
6. Road and Approach Embankment Works
Lightweight cellular concrete may be specified for road widening, bridge approaches and embankment construction over compressible ground. The equipment produces and delivers the designed fill in planned stages, helping limit the additional dead load applied to the foundation.
