■ Description

The heavy-duty double-acting flange hydraulic jack is engineered for demanding lifting, pushing, pulling and structural positioning operations. Its integrated mounting flange enables the jack to be firmly secured to machinery, steel frameworks or synchronized lifting systems, improving operational stability under heavy loads.

Powered by a compatible ZB series high-pressure electric pump, the jack provides hydraulic piston extension and retraction for fast, accurate and controlled movement. The hydraulic system can incorporate overflow protection, overload protection and a safety pressure gauge to reduce the risk of excessive operating pressure.

With high lifting force, compact construction and flexible remote operation, the flange-mounted hydraulic jack is suitable for complex industrial and construction projects. Different tonnages, strokes, closed heights and flange dimensions can be customized according to specific working conditions.

Heavy-Duty Double-Acting Hydraulic Jack: Available from 50 to 2,000 tons, this high-tonnage hydraulic jack provides powered piston extension and retraction. It is suitable for high-capacity lifting, pushing and positioning operations where fast hydraulic return is required.

Double-Acting Hollow Hydraulic Jack: Designed with a central hole that allows PC strands, steel wires, threaded rods or anchor bars to pass through the cylinder. Capacities range from 50 to 2,000 tons, making it ideal for prestressing, tensioning, pulling and anchoring work.

Flange-Mounted Hydraulic Jack: The integrated mounting flange allows the jack to be securely installed on machinery, steel structures or dedicated working platforms. Available capacities range from 10 to 630 tons.

Single-Acting Hydraulic Jack: A cost-effective solution for general lifting and pressing applications requiring relatively small capacities and strokes. Standard capacities range from 10 to 100 tons.

Single-Acting Hollow Hydraulic Jack: Equipped with a hollow center for cables, rebar, anchor rods and other components to pass through. When combined with specialized tools, it can be used for tensioning, pulling and removal operations. Available from 12 to 100 tons.

Single-Acting Lock Nut Hydraulic Jack: The mechanical lock nut securely supports the load after lifting, making this jack suitable for long-term load-holding applications. Available capacities range from 55 to 200 tons.

Low-Profile Hydraulic Jack: Also known as an ultra-thin or pancake hydraulic jack, this compact model is designed for lifting operations in narrow spaces and areas with limited clearance. Capacities range from 10 to 200 tons.

To complete the hydraulic lifting system, we provide high-pressure electric hydraulic pumps for both single-acting and double-acting jacks. Portable hydraulic hand pumps are also available for job sites without electricity or for applications where operating speed is not the main requirement.
