GCG-40 Coke oven hot repair refractory gunning machine is designed for applying refractory repair material to damaged coke oven walls, doors, roofs and other high-temperature lining areas. It supports localized maintenance of cracks, spalling and worn refractory surfaces without requiring complete cooling of the coke oven battery.

 

During operation, refractory material is continuously conveyed through the delivery system and sprayed onto the prepared hot surface through a gunning nozzle. Controlled material feeding, compressed-air conveying and water adjustment help produce a consistent spray stream and improve the adhesion of the repair material.

The coke oven gunning machine is suitable for coke plants, iron and steel works and industrial furnace maintenance contractors. Machine capacity, conveying distance, spraying lance, control system and mobile configuration can be customized according to the refractory material and coke oven repair conditions.
