What is the work procedure of frame filter press?

Frame filter press has simple structure and reliable performance. The work procedure is as below:

1. Compress the filter plate. Operate hydraulic system to make the end plate move to the head plate, then, there will be a sealed chamber between neighboring plates.

2. Pressure filtration. Feeder pump will transport the slurry into the filter chamber. Once it is filled with slurry, pressure filtration will start. Under the pressure of feeder pump, solid and liquid will be separated.

3. Loosen the plates. Operate the hydraulic system, head plate will be back to the original position.
