Refractory gunning machine used for lining kilns

Refractory shotcrete machine is also named as refractory gunning machine, mainly used for spraying refractory materials in steel plant, lining kilns etc. projects.

Compared with common dry mix shotcrete machine, refractory shotcrete machine has some outstanding features, such as:

1. Lower rebound, low dust;

2. Reduce additive water amount;

3. Improve refractory compactness and strength.

Usually, for refractroy shotcrete machine, it need be equipped with high pressure water pump, new type pre-dampening nozzle etc. High pressure water pump is used for provide high pressure water, high pressure water atomize in the nozzle water ring and mix evenly with refractory materials, so that it will be helpful to achieve best spraying effect.

For new type pre-dampening nozzle, there are two needle valve to control and adjust the water addition. Operater could adjust precisely water amount by controlling the nozzle valve. If so, it will greatly reduce the dependence on operator skills. More importantly, there are two water lines in new type pre-dampenning nozzle, which will ensure mixed evenly between refractory materials and water.

Accodring to different project demands, we could provide electric motor drive refractory shotcrete machine and air motor refractory shotcrete machine. For some working site without power supply, GZ-3AR refractory will be best option, which is driven by air compressor only. GZ-3AR refractory adopts five cylinders piston air motor, more powerful. For electric motor drive refractory gunite machine, we have GZ-3ER (3m3/h) and GZ-5ER (5m3/h) two different model. Usually, in order to achieve variable output, our refractory gunning machine is equipped with ABB frequency converter.
