According to spraying process, it is belong to dry spraying process, only adding water in the nozzle. As what we know, refractory materials price is higher than common concrete, so reduce rebound is very important for castable gunning machine. In order to reduce the rebound rate, we adopt new type pre-dampening nozzle assy for our castable guniting machine for sales. There are two pieces water line in the nozzle, 70% adding water amount from back water line from nozzle direction, 30% adding water amount from front water line. Needle valve could accurately adjust and control the amount of water added when spraying.
