This high pressure double ram pump plunger pump is widely used as the filter press feed pump, when using with a filter press, it has 3 stages:
1. Feeding stage: When the feed is started, the filter chamber of the filter press is empty and needs to be filled with materials quickly. (YB high pressure ceramic piston pump large flow feed quickly fills the filter press)

2. Pressure-increasing filtration stage: When the pressure of the filter press is filled with materials, the pressure begins to rise, and the filter press discharges water quickly. At this time, the filter press still needs a large flow of feed. Our YB hydraulic transmission ceramic piston pump will provide low pressure and large flow constant feed fast filtration. As the feed pressure gradually increases, the filter cake in the filter press begins to form and thicken, the water output of the filter press begins to decrease, and the filtering capacity of the filter press also from large to small, the feed volume also decreases. 

3. Pressure-maintaining filtration stage: The filter pressure of the filter press rises to a high set pressure, and the feed pressure is required to maintain constant pressure filtration, and the filter capacity of the filter press is further reduced until the filtration is completed. (The flow rate of the YB hydraulic piston mud pump decreases and starts to maintain constant pressure feeding, and the hydraulic system has a very small amount of overflow.)

When the ceramic mud pump starts to feed the filter press and low-pressure filtration, keep the large flow constant. As the pressure of the filter press is filled with the material, the filter press's filtering capacity begins to decrease. When the set value is reached, the running speed decreases and the output flow rate decreases. The filter pressure of the filter press gradually decreases, the feed pressure gradually increases, and the feed flow of the plunger pump automatically becomes smaller. The small flow is 20% of the rated flow. The pump output flow pressure curve is basically consistent with the filter pressure curve of the filter press. Therefore, the whole process is highly efficient and energy-saving, which is more than 60% energy-saving than ordinary pumps.
