For each type of refractory spray gun, it is equipped with ABB frequency converter, high pressure water pump and new pre-damped nozzle. The ABB frequency converter regulates the motor speed and controls the output, while avoiding clogging the hose due to excessive output during start-up. The high-pressure water pump can supply high-pressure water to the spray gun, and the water and the refractory castable can be thoroughly mixed with the refractory material by the atomization of the water-water ring hole. In the new pre-wetting nozzle, there are two needle valves that control two water pipes. The operator can adjust the needle valve to precisely control the amount of water, and if so, greatly reduces the operator's proficiency requirements.
