Peristaltic squeeze pump for concrete is a positive displacement pump that conveys concrete by squeezing an elastic hose. It is particularly suitable for special materials such as low-slump concrete (dry-hard, self-compacting), fiber-reinforced concrete, and lightweight foamed concrete. Its working principle involves alternating pressure rollers squeezing the hose to generate negative pressure, propelling the concrete along the pipeline. It features valve-free, seal-free, and low-shear characteristics, making it especially suitable for conveying concrete containing fibers, lightweight aggregates, or high viscosity.

1. Squeeze System: Employs a multi-roller eccentric design (8-12 pressure rollers). The rollers roll and squeeze along the outer circumference of the hose, forming a continuous, closed conveying chamber to prevent concrete segregation.
2. Hose Material: High abrasion-resistant rubber (such as nitrile rubber or polyurethane), with an inner fiber reinforcement layer, resistant to aggregate abrasion in concrete, with a service life of 500-1000 hours (depending on aggregate particle size and hardness).
