GGP220-300-300PL-E electric mortar pump plant is specially designed for mortar mixing and mortar injection. We can mix water and cement by High speed vortex mixer about 2 to 3 minutes, then ,we rotate delivery switch to transport  cement paste to the No.1 agitator. At this time, you can add sand that has been screening to the No.1 agitator. After sand and cement mix evenly, we open discharge outlet to discharge mortar from No.1 agitator to No.2 agitator. then we start mortar pump that sucks mortar from No.2 agitator. This ensures a continuous mixing and grouting operations. According to the requirements of grouting，We can control the displacement of grouting pump by frequency converter. The grouting’s displacement is stepless adjustable.
