Diesel driven shotcrete machine used for underground projects

Today, our factory successfully completed the production of four diesel-driven shotcrete machines, which are now ready for shipment to Ethiopia. These machines are specifically designed to meet the client’s demands for shoring (supporting excavation walls) and soil stabilization in challenging underground and slope engineering projects. By leveraging high-pressure concrete spraying technology, the equipment ensures rapid, durable reinforcement of unstable soil or rock structures, significantly enhancing safety and efficiency in geologically complex environments such as tunnels, mines, and road cuttings.

High efficiency: The spraying speed is fast, which can greatly shorten the construction period.

The delivered shotcrete machines boast robust technical specifications tailored for heavy-duty applications. With an output capacity of 9m³/h, they enable swift concrete coverage, minimizing downtime on site. Their maximum horizontal conveying distance of 200 meters allows flexible operation even in large-scale projects, while the maximum aggregate size of 20mm ensures compatibility with standard concrete mixes, balancing strength and workability. These parameters collectively make the machines ideal for Ethiopia’s diverse terrain, where efficient soil stabilization and excavation support are critical to infrastructure development.
