Adjustable Pressure Grouting Pump

Gaode adjustable pressure grout pump includes mechanical adjustable pressure grout pump and hydraulic adjustable pressure grout pump.

Mechanical adjustable pressure grout pump, it combined fluid on the pump head, the motivation to use needle bearing type transmission, low noise, low temperature rise, guarantee continuous operation 24 hours a day. For XPB-90 high pressure grout pump, the pressure could be adjusted from 22Mpa to 55Mpa, for XPB-10 low pressure grout pump, the pressure could be adjusted from 2.5Mpa to 9.5Mpa. Mainly suitable for foundation treatment of high-pressure jet grouting, soil retaining cofferdam, mine well plugging, the barrel wall. Slope anchorage etc.

Hydraulic adjustable pressure grouting pump, it with more compact structure, light weight, easy operate, low maintenance cost than mechanical adjustable pressure grout pump,  such as GDH 75/100 high pressure vertical grouting pump, it with full-hydraulic shaft device, stable and reliable operation; In low pressure, it will be flow-converging of  two pumps; In high pressure, there is only one pump work. Low pressure and large flow, high pressure and low output; Flow and pressure can be adjusted step-less.
