Preparation before starting the high abrasion resistance peristaltic pump:
In order to ensure the safe operation of the high abrasion resistance peristaltic pump, before the hose pump is started, a comprehensive inspection of the entire unit should be carried out, and problems should be found and dealt with in time;
1. Check whether the assembly of each component meets the requirements of the manual;
2. Check whether the motor and pump body are well fixed on the base, and whether the screws and nuts are loose and fall off;
3. Check whether the lubricating oil of each bearing is sufficient and whether the lubricating oil has deteriorated;
4. Observe whether the speed and sound are normal. If the high abrasion resistance hose pump is equipped with other power machines, it should be operated in strict accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual; when the hose pump is idling, the working pressure should not exceed the rated working pressure of the hose pump.
How to replace the hose:
1. Remove the front end cover and remove the shaft retaining ring on the pressing roller to remove the roller;
2. The inlet and outlet nozzles can be taken out by loosening the stiffening hoop, and the U-shaped hose can be taken out from the pump chamber;
3. The hose installation and replacement can be reversed.
