Special pulping equipment developed for low water-gum ratio grouting materials is mainly used in the construction of hydropower, railway, highway, construction, mining and other industries. High speed grout mixer can be quickly made by mixing grout or slurry, cement and water.

Working principle

The electric motor drives the high-speed turbo pump. The slurry is vortex-likely sucked from the bottom, and is sprayed from the upper end of the barrel to generate a high-speed liquid flow, and strong eddy current is formed in the barrel.

So that the high speed grout mixer dry powder and the water are sufficiently uniformly stirred, thereby preparing the low-water-pyrene ratio slurry.

Instructions for use

1. Check that the mixing impeller is turning correctly to ensure that the slurry discharge pipe does not leak water;

2. Add the right amount of water, open the equipment to clean and wet the pulp tank and pipeline, after the cleaning is completed, the water in the pulper is released;

3. Add water not less than 80Kg, open the high speed grout mixer pulping machine, the powder is evenly added in the specified order, control the feeding time is 5~6 minutes, after all the powder is added, continue to stir for 3~5 minutes;

4. Transfer the prepared slurry into the slurry storage tank to maintain dynamic slurry storage;

5. After connecting the pipeline of the pressure grinder to the slurry storage tank, or directly from the pulping machine to the hopper of the pulping machine, starting to grout;
6. Clean the high speed grout mixer equipment and pipeline immediately after the completion of the grouting, and open the pulper to eliminate the remaining cement slurry in the pulper and pipeline.
