Filter press is a solid liquid separation equipment, when the mixed liquid flows through the filter cloth, the solid will be trapped on the filter cloth and accumulated to form into the cake. The clean liquid, which has not included the solid, will permeate from the filter cloth.
The solid-liquid separation filter press is used in:

When using a solid-liquid separation filter press, we should pay attention to the following:
1. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the equipment in the working state, and it is strictly forbidden to start the machine when the pressure gauge is damaged or the pressure gauge is not installed.
2. When replacing a new oil pipe for the first time, personnel should not approach the high-pressure oil pipe.
3. The mechanical compaction filter press should pay attention to the compaction situation, and cannot be overloaded for a long time, so as not to burn the motor or damage the parts.
4. Regularly check and clear the entrance and exit channels to ensure unimpeded.
5. When unloading the slag, rinse the filter cloth and the plate and frame as needed to ensure that the sealing surface is free of debris.
6. Relatively moving parts should be lubricated frequently.
7. When the machine is out of service for a long time, it should be stored in a ventilated and dry room, the hydraulic system should be filled with oil, and other leaked processing surfaces should be coated with anti-rust oil. The storage should be placed in a place where the relative temperature is less than 80% and the temperature is -15-40℃, covered by non-corrosive media.
8. The filter plate and filter frame must not be in contact with oils, acids, alkalis or other substances that damage the frame, and should be kept away from heat sources to avoid direct sunlight and rain.
9. When the diaphragm is pressed, the material must be filled in the filter chamber before pressing, and the air must be exhausted after pressing to open the filter plate to discharge, so as not to cause the diaphragm to break. Check the compressed air pipeline frequently during work. If the air pipe falls off or the air leakage is serious, immediately close the intake valve and open the air release valve. After being repaired, you can continue to use it.
