Our latest design of the GSZ-10S shotcrete machine is an air motor drive with an output regulator shotcrete machine, it is a multifunctional rotor-type concrete spraying machine designed for both wet and dry spraying as well as conveying. With the newly developed, dry and wet mix shotcrete is equally possible. No changing on the machine from dry to wet shotcrete has to be performed.
It is capable of handling various materials, including concrete, mortar, refractory substances, sand, pea gravel, and crushed stone. Compared to traditional shotcrete machines, the GSZ-10S offers several advantages, primarily owing to its lighter and more compact design. Additionally, the GSZ-10S is equipped with a rubber sealing plate lubrication system, which effectively reduces rubber plate wear, extends its service life, and enhances sealing performance.
This shotcrete machine can run two ways dry spraying and wet spraying. Before transporting materials, determine what mode you want to use. This depends on which nozzle can be used.
1. Dry spraying
Conveyor material 3 is dried to the machine's filling bucket 4. Use compressed air 1, and conveyor materials are transported to nozzle 6 through conveyor hose 5. The conveyor material is mixed with water 2 and additive 8 in front of the nozzle. The transported mixture leaves the nozzle 6 and can be sprayed on 7.
2. Wet spraying
The conveyor material is transported by the wet method to the filled bucket 3 of the machine. Use compressed air 1, and conveyor materials are transported to nozzle 6 through conveyor hose 5. The conveyor material is mixed with compressed air 4 and additive 4 before the nozzle 6. The transported mixture leaves the nozzle 6 and can be sprayed on 7.
