Precautions for using lifting hydraulic jack
As a professional hydraulic jack manufacturer, today we will introduce the
precautions for using lifting hydraulic jack:

1. When using hydraulic jacks for lifting operations, be sure to choose a suitable tonnage hydraulic jack. The load capacity of the hydraulic jack should generally be greater than 1.2 times the weight of the weight.
2. The hydraulic jack should be wiped clean before use, and the parts should be checked for sensitivity and damage. Do not remove the quick connector when there is a load to avoid accidents and damage to the parts.
3. Precautions for the piston rod. Before use, check the quick joint of the oil pump to ensure that it can be correctly connected to the jack. After selecting the position, you need to tighten the screw for draining the oil, and then you can work. There are certain precautions for lowering the piston rod. If you want to lower the piston rod, the handle of the oil pump needs to be rotated counterclockwise to loosen it. The cylinder is unloaded and the piston rod is gradually lowered to prevent the piston rod from falling too fast, which is very dangerous.
4. When in use, the hydraulic jack should be placed flat, not tilted, and the bottom should be leveled to prevent the hydraulic jack from tilting or overturning due to the sinking of the foundation or the deviation of the load. A tough pillow or steel plate can be placed on the bottom of the hydraulic jack to expand Pressure bearing area, so as to avoid accidents caused by falling or sliding; do not use oily wood or steel plate as a liner to avoid slipping when force is applied, and a safe accident; the position where the heavy object is lifted must be a safe and solid part. Prevent damage to the equipment.
5. When using a hydraulic jack, first try to lift a part of the heavy object first, carefully check that the hydraulic jack is normal, and then continue to lift the heavy object. If the backing plate is found to be uneven or not strong or the hydraulic jack is inclined after being compressed, the hydraulic jack must be decompressed and returned, and the hydraulic jack can be operated again after timely disposal.
6. The low height of the hydraulic jack should also be appropriate. In order to facilitate the removal, the minimum height of the hydraulic jack should be selected to conform to the clearance at the bottom of the heavy object. The lifting height of the hydraulic jack when the sleeper supports the heavy object during the up and down process It is greater than the sum of the thickness of the sleeper and the deformation of the sleeper.
7. Note that before disassembling the jack, you should loosen the relief valve and other pressure adjustments to make the hydraulic circuit pressure relief, that is, the pressure close to zero. Then cut off the power, stop the hydraulic jack, and stop in a position where it can be disassembled. Drain the two-cavity oil of the hydraulic jack, disassemble the cylinder head, correct the thread before dismantling, pour some kerosene, leave it for a period of time, tap the cylinder head lightly to make the threads loose, and then remove it.
