Recently our customer in Philippines orders 4 sets of BW150 diesel power mud pump.

BW150 small drilling mud pump is horizontal, triplex mud pump, single acting reciprocation piston pump. Diesel power, electric power and hydraulic motor can be made. BW150 reciprocating pump is a mud pump for drilling rig.
Mud pump drilling is mainly used for transporting mud and water and other flushing fluids in the drilling process and plays an important role in the drilling of core, engineering exploration, hydrology and water well, oil and gas well. Drilling mud pump can also be used for conveying different liquids in petroleum, chemistry and food processing industries. 

The most important data of mud pump are flow rate and pressure. Generally, the flow rate is based on L/min. If the hole diameter is larger, the flow rate of mud pump should be larger. Generally, the pressure is based on the drilling depth. The deeper the depth, the greater the pressure required.
