Mud pump for drilling operations
Mud pump, also know as mud drilling pump or drilling mud pump. Triplex mud pump is a reciprocating piston /plunger pump designed to circulate drilling fluid under high down the drill string and back up the annulus. A mud pump is an important part of the equipment used for drilling.
1. The motor used is smaller than before, which saves electricity and reduces the cost.
2. The new mud pump body is a split pump body, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
3. Increase the lubrication system, reduce the wear between the plunger (or piston) and the sealing ring, and increase the service life of the parts. As long as there is lubricating oil, the pump can be used continuously for 24 hours.
4. Equipped with a dust cover, which can be taken off directly for easy observation and lubrication.
5. The new model mud pump for sale has a switch channel next to the lubricated part of the plunger. If the machine is not sealed after disassembly, you can turn on the switch to temporarily drain the water.
The slurry inlet pipe of the triplex mud pump is connected to the pool, and the slurry outlet pipe is connected to the drill pipe closest to the ground (the drill pipe farthest from the drill bit) of the drill rig, and the water is output down through the middle hole of the drill pipe. In this process, on the one hand, the drill bit can be cooled and cleaned, and the other part of the continuous high-pressure water enters to flush the underground mud out of the ground.
