Full Automatic Grout Batching Mixing Plant
Gaodetec’s newly developed full automatic grout batching mixing plant is a highly integrated system designed for the precise and continuous production of cement-based grouts (as well as bentonite/colloidal grouts) – widely used in jet grouting, soil mixing, tunnel boring, dam reinforcement, and underground construction. This upgraded grout mixing plant includes a 17m³ horizontal cement silo, a 1200L capacity pulping machine, a 2500L capacity agitator, a 1300L water tank, and a control cabinet.
The GMA30 full automatic grout batching mixing plant can produce cement slurry, bentonite slurry, binary slurry, and ternary slurry, meeting various batching requirements. It is widely applicable to various geotechnical engineering projects such as foundation pit grouting, foundation reinforcement, shield tunneling grouting, jet grouting, and foundation strengthening.

The grout equipment supports fully automatic and manual dual-mode operation, with fully pneumatic valves, automatic feeding, automatic slurry preparation, and automatic cleaning. No manual flushing is required, preventing pipe blockage and residue. Simple training is all that’s needed to operate the equipment, saving 1-2 workers.

The maximum output per hour can reach 20 tons. Powered by 380V industrial electricity, it’s ready to use immediately upon site connection, providing a stable supply and allowing for 24-hour continuous operation.
This containerized slurry preparation station can hold 40 containers, allowing for direct loading onto trucks. Multiple containers can be stacked for easier transport, reducing costs. Containers are ready to use immediately – installation and production can begin on the same day.
