Compact grout injection station
Compact grout injection station is an integrated, space-saving system that combines a high speed mixer, storage tank (agitator), and grout pump in a single base frame—typically occupying less than 5 square meters and can be operated by one person.
Today, our factory shipped one compact grout injection station equipped with a flow meter. This grout station is a best-selling model due to its compact size, adjustable pressure and flow rate, and reasonable price. If you need to use it in situations with limited space, large-scale projects, or requiring mobile operation, this equipment is a good choice!

This grout injection station has a wide range of applications, primarily in grouting projects for highways, railways, and mines. Specific applications include: building repair and foundation reinforcement; tunnel seepage prevention and backfilling; micropile construction—injecting grout to form high-strength piles; grout walls, groundwater interception, and soil nailing; mining—emergency firefighting and goaf sealing (e.g., mobile yellow mud grouting stations in coal mines); compaction grouting—injecting rigid, low-flow grout at a flow rate of 75 liters/minute to compact loose, granular soil (different from permeation grouting).

The working principle of the grout injection station (three stages): Preparation → A high-speed vortex 300L capacity mixer mixes cement, bentonite, and water → forming a uniform grout within approximately 10 seconds. Storage → The mixed grout flows into a 300L agitator, continuously agitated to prevent sedimentation/solidification. Injection → A piston grout pump draws grout from the mixing tank and injects it into the formation, fractures, or boreholes under controlled pressure (0-100 bar).
