Inverter speed high pressure grouting machine
Inverter speed high-pressure grouting machines eliminate the need for mechanical gearboxes, clutches, and other easily faulty transmission components, resulting in smaller pump size and lighter weight. They are compact in structure and highly reliable.
The variable frequency speed-controlled high-pressure grouting machine regulates the motor speed via a frequency converter, thereby controlling the pump’s output pressure and flow rate. Its working logic is as follows:
Pressure Feedback Regulation: The equipment’s built-in pressure sensor monitors the grouting pressure in real time. The frequency converter dynamically adjusts the motor speed based on the pressure signal, ensuring the pressure remains stable at the set value (e.g., adjustable from 0-50MPa).
Stepless Speed Regulation: Compared to traditional mechanical speed regulation, variable frequency drive enables continuous adjustment of pressure and flow rate, avoiding the impact of pressure fluctuations on the grouting effect. This is particularly suitable for grouting pressure-sensitive micro-cracks (e.g., 0.1mm).
Energy Saving and High Efficiency: By adjusting the motor power as needed, energy waste is reduced, extending the equipment’s service life.
The core advantage of the inverter speed high pressure grouting machine lies in its stepless speed regulation to adapt to different working conditions, while also possessing high efficiency, stability, and energy-saving characteristics. It is widely used in leakage control and structural reinforcement in fields such as construction, tunnels, and water conservancy.
