The customer mainly uses them for blast furnace maintenance in steel plants. The mixer quickly prepares repair materials, and the gunning machine efficiently repairs locally eroded areas on the furnace waist and body.

The 250kg capacity refractory mixer has a single batch capacity of 250kg and is suitable for refractory mixing in steel plants, laboratory formula verification, and small-scale production lines.
Structural Design:
1. Disc Mixer: Materials are forcibly mixed within a disc-shaped container by rotating blades, ensuring uniformity.

2. High-Pressure Fan: Provides stable airflow, controlling the spraying distance and coverage area.
